Kohler Diesel Engine Advantage

The all-new RANGER Diesel is now powered by a 1028cc Kohler 3 cylinder overhead cam liquid cooled engine. This proven, high performance diesel engine utilizes indirect injection that delivers smooth power and reduced combustion noise. The automotive overhead camshaft design also reduces mechanical drivetrain noise.

Massive 110 Amp Alternator

For ultimate accessory integration and to power all your electrical needs, the RANGER Diesel is outfitted with a massive 110 amps of alternator output – more than double previously.

On-Demand True All-Wheel Drive

With the Polaris true AWD advantage, all four wheels engage automatically when your vehicle needs more forward traction and reverts back to 2WD when it doesn’t. When in 2WD, the VersaTrac Turf Mode switch unlocks the rear differential for easier, tighter turns that won’t tear up your lawn.

Class-leading Towing and Payload

With a monstrous class-leading 2,000 lbs. towing capacity and standard 2” receiver, the RANGER Diesel allows you to tackle the toughest jobs with confidence. Additionally, a class-leading 1,500 lbs payload capacity is highlighted by a rear box with gas-assist dumping operation that can tote up to 1,000 lbs. of materials and a full-sized pallet.

Heavy Duty Features

The RANGER Diesel 1000 HD is built for Australia & New Zealand with Heavy Duty "HD" Features. This special model variant exclusively designed for our local conditions comes complete with greasable/sealed ball joints, upgraded rear driveshaft, grease fittings and sealed A-Arm bushes to not only provide increased durability in our harsh conditions, but also provide easier ongoing maintenance. Smooth and Robust Suspension

A full 10” (25.4 cm) of Dual A-Arm suspension travel up front and 10” (25.4 cm) of Independent Rear Suspension travel keeps the ride smooth, even when hauling up to 1,500 lb (680.4 kg) of payload and towing up to a full ton!

For nimble handling and a tight turning radius, the RANGER ETX features an ideal 73” (185 cm) wheelbase paired with a full 10 inches (25.4 cm) of ground clearance. Additionally, a 58-inch width allows the ETX to fit in the bed of most full-size pickups

A large 9-gallon (34.1 L) tank and excellent fuel efficiency reduces time consuming fill-ups. And maintenance has never been easier. To check and fill engine oil, just raise the cargo box.
