Pump: Silvan self-priming oil-backed diaphragm type with nitrile diaphragms and corrosion resistant, cast anodised aluminium body. APS41 38L/min capacity, 40 Bar/580 psi, direct driven by 5.5HP Honda GX160 with 6:1 reduction gearbox with Electric start. Controls: Pressure regulator with gauge and 1 spare outlets for another hosereel or accessory equipment.

Frame: Fully Galvanised Steel sled frame.

Tank: 400L, Polytuff impact resistant tank with large internal baffle non-spill screw down lid and drainage sump.

Hose Reel: Heavy duty thick gauge steel construction for superior resistance corrosion and scratches; electric direct drive system via patented gearbox drive assembly eliminated the use of chains, belts and sprockets for more reliable and safer working conditions. This means that there are no belts or chains that need to be regularly checked and tensioned; 12V DC High Tourqe electric motor direct coupled to gearbox, max 25amp draw (under maximum load) with 4 meters of power cable for user conection; Reel Hub Position lock with spring loaded Pin-lock with ratchet mechanism keeps hose safely on the reel and prevents hose or spraygun damage in transport.

Hose & Spray Gun: 100m of ½” OD kink resistant nylon tubing, hard wearing and low friction; Hose stopper to prevent the complete length of hose being wound into the reel and keeps hand and spray gun away from the hose guide; Turbo 400 Spray gun and hose swivel with adjustable spray lever to control the spray pattern from a pencil stream for spraying distant objects to fine atomised spraying for increased surface coverage; Liquid Shut-off Snap coupling at spray gun to allow easy change or storage of spray gun

Dosatron Control Unit: The Dosatron injectors work using volumetric proportioning, ensuring that the chemical mixture remains the same regardless of variations in pressure and flow. When water enters the injector, it triggers the hydraulic motor, which begins moving up and down inside the body of the injector; The 400L tank, filter, pump and control valve doesn’t have any chemical travelling through it, so all wear parts such as diaphragms and O’rings now have a greater life expectancy; Chemical travels from the 20L chemical container through the Dosatron to the spraygun.

Filtration: Coarse basket screen filter at tank opening for coarse debris; easy-to-access, easy-to-clean suction screen filter to keep fine material out of the pump and nozzle.
