CROPLANDS QUANTUM MIST™420 2 ROW SPRAYER

TANK
Impact resistant polyethylene tanks with UV-stabilised finish.
Calibrated sight gauge, flip-open filling lid with large basket strainer (screw lid on 2000 litre model), separate chemical pre-mixer and 1¼” drain valve. Quick fill system and chemical suction probe standard on all models.

Models available:
• 4000 litre main tank, separate 80 litre flushing tank
• 3000 litre main tank, separate 90 litre flushing tank
• 2000 litre main tank, separate 130 litre flushing tank

Separate 15 litre fresh water tank on all 2000 litre model.
Integrated 10 x litre fresh water tank on 3000 and 4000 litre models.

FANS
QM-420 (420mm) hydraulic drive spray fans.
Two QM-420 fans per row (recommended for cool climate canopies or canopies regularly pruned or trimmed) or Three QM-420 fans per row (recommended for warm climate or vigorous sprawl type canopies). Fans are hydraulically driven
simultaneously from tractor remotes or via optional Micro Power Pack. Standard with eighteen fan models.

The QM-420 fan features:
1. Turbulent, high volume air for optimum canopy penetration and coverage
2. Dual spray rings are fitted with a total of ten x nozzles. Five nozzles fitted to the low volume spray ring, and five nozzles fitted to the medium volume spray ring. When combined, deliver a high volume application rate (three tiered spraying)
3. Protective new fan frame mounting system which enables precise fan angles to be easily set up and maintained using stainless steel indexing brackets

TRACTOR OIL SUPPLY AND HYDRAULIC CONTROL
All Quantum Mist™ 420 Multi-row Sprayers are fitted with a hydraulic distribution block on the sprayer which includes softstart system, factory-set pressure relief valve, anti-cavitation and a check valve for safety. ½” pressure line and ¾” return line to plumb to tractor tank are supplied. As standard, three sets remotes are required: two sets for left/right boom fold, one set for fan oil supply. An optional electric/hydraulic diverter valve (HT-EDV) is available to reduce requirement for remotes to two. See factory fitted options.
Optional in-cab electric fan speed adjuster is available. Note: Must have HV4000 or Bravo 180A controller for this option.

OPTIONAL MICRO POWER PACK (INDEPENDENT OIL SUPPLY)
Revolutionary registered design unique to Croplands. Compact, self-contained independent oil supply – less reliance on tractor hydraulics enables smaller tractors to power Quantum Mist™ sprayers. Safety cut off switch if oil level drops.

PUMP(S)
AR oil-backed diaphragm type poly pumps with chemical resistant diaphragms, AR-185 LFP (182 L/min) 0–15 bar pump as standard for eight and twelve fan models. AR-250 (254 L/min) 0–20 bar pump as standard for eighteen fan models.

OIL COOLER
All models fitted with Deluxe fan forced cooler with thermostat control.

DRIVE
» PTO shaft (SH1AG/1200) for standard model
» PTO shaft (SH4AG/1200) for Micro Power Pack model

CONTROLS
Standard ECM manual control left/right shut-offs and manual relief valve. Optional fully automatic spray rate controller and ARAG motorised valves.

AGITATION
Twin Supa-flo agitators.

FILTRATION
Lid strainer, large suction filter, pressure filters.

NOZZLES
ALBUZ 80º ceramic hollow cone nozzles fitted as standard (brown and yellow). ALBUZ 60º ceramic hollow cone nozzles are also available in the same size range if specified.
» 420mm fan – fitted with dual spray rings. Five x nozzles per spray ring (ten x nozzles in total). A manual shut off valve is fitted to each spray ring for low, medium or higher volume rates which is manually set from the ground.

CHASSIS
Tandem axle with walking beam suspension as standard. Full length heavy duty, galvanised chassis with single step and jockey stand/wheel. Self-steer drawbar standard on all models.

WHEELS
» All models fitted with dual 11.5/80 x 15.3 AWT tyres.
» 31 x 13.5 – 15 flotation tyre option available on 3000 and 4000 models.

OVER-ROW HYDRAULIC FOLD ARMS
Optional independent electro-hydraulic boom arm fold comes with electric diverter valve and in-cab switchbox.
