TANK
Impact resistant polyethylene tanks with UV-stabilised finish.
Calibrated sight gauge, flip-open filling lid with large basket strainer, separate chemical pre-mixer and 1¼” drain valve. Quick fill system and suction probe fitted standard.

Models available:
• 3000 litre main tank with separate 90 litre flush tank
• 2000 litre main tank with separate 130 litre flush tank
• 1500 litre main tank with separate 120 litre flush tank

Separate 15 litre fresh water tank on 2000 and 1500 litre models.
Integrated 10 litre fresh water tank on 3000 litre model.

FANS
QM-420 (420mm) hydraulic drive spray fans.
Two QM-420 fans per row (recommended for cool climate canopies or canopies regularly pruned or trimmed) or Three QM-420 fans per row (recommended for warm climate or vigorous sprawl type canopies). Fans are hydraulically driven simultaneously from tractor remotes.
The QM-420 fan features:

Turbulent, high volume air for optimum canopy penetration and coverage
Dual spray rings are fitted with a total of ten x nozzles. Five nozzles fitted to the low volume spray ring, and five nozzles fitted to the medium volume spray ring. When combined, deliver a high volume application rate (three tiered spraying)
Protective new fan frame mounting system which enables precise fan angles to be easily set up and maintained using stainless steel indexing brackets
Leaf guards are fitted to the two lower fans behind the sprayer.
Manually adjustable fan speed control is standard. Electric control is optional with suitable controller.

PUMP
AR oil-backed triple-diaphragm type poly pump with chemical resistant diaphragms. AR140LFP (132 L/min), 0–15 bar.

DRIVE
Tractor PTO driveshaft to pump, driveshaft supplied.

CONTROLS
ECM 4-tap control with pressure adjustment and gauge.

AGITATION
• 3000, 2000 litre – twin Supa-flo agitators
• 1500 litre – single Supa-flo agitator

FILTRATION
Lid strainer, large suction filter, nozzle filters.

NOZZLES
ALBUZ 80º ceramic hollow cone nozzles fitted as standard (brown and yellow). ALBUZ 60º ceramic hollow cone nozzles are also available in the same size range if specified.

• 420mm fan – fitted with dual spray rings. Five x nozzles per spray ring (ten x nozzles in total). A manual shut off valve is fitted to each spray ring to for low, medium or higher volume rates which is manually set from the ground

CHASSIS
Hot-dipped galvanised, full-length with jockey wheel, fixed single axle comes with 6-stud heavy duty wheel hubs and step. Self-steer drawbar is standard.

WHEELS
• 3000 litre – steel rims, 400 x 15.5” flotation tyres
• 2000, 1500 litre – steel rims, 11.5/80 x 15.3” tubeless tyres
• All models fitted with single fixed axle as standard
